Lark & Lantern Games has outlined Update 1.3 for Mythspire: Echoes of the Vale, turning the moody solo adventure into a cooperative hunt. Up to four players can now roam the Vale together, with party‑wide skill nodes that unlock passive bonuses when all members equip complementary builds.
The patch introduces Seasonal Hunts, rotating boss lairs with handcrafted modifiers—low‑visibility fog, rotating weak points, or wildlife that can be corralled to your advantage. Rewards include transmog‑only armor, ensuring cosmetics don’t interfere with balance.
Crafting receives a salvage pass: relics can be broken down for essences used to reroll affixes, and drop rates on rare woods are increased across the western glades. The photo mode adds depth‑of‑field presets, time‑of‑day sliders, and a “no‑UI co‑op capture” toggle.
Highlights
- Four‑player co‑op with party synergies
- Seasonal Hunts with rotating modifiers
- Crafting/salvage rework; improved resource economy
- Photo mode overhaul with new presets
What’s next: The studio teases an autumn event centered on trickster spirits and a limited‑time broom mount.
